Located in the picturesque town of Amesbury, MA, Saltwater Doulas Perinatal Support Collective is all about community and collaboration. Our goal is to help make a difference in the lives of our local families by providing a place to learn while also making meaningful relationships. . We offer comprehensive support for individuals in the perinatal period (before, during, and after pregnancy), aiming to make a meaningful difference in the lives of local families. Free Support Groups

Come meet other local families and find your village by joining our in person support groups. Groups are designed to guide and empower parents through every stage of their journey. Whether you're navigating the joys and challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, or the ongoing adventure of parenthood, our welcoming groups provide a safe space for connection, sharing, and learning.

Prenatal Education Classes

    Spinning Babies Parent Class

    Spinning Babies® promotes comfort in pregnancy and facilitates easier childbirth by restoring body balance and optimizing fetal positioning. Led by certified educators like Alyssa Sylvester, our classes offer hands-on instruction to empower parents with evidence-based knowledge for a smoother birthing experience.

    Join Alyssa Sylvester, BCCE, for our comprehensive 12-hour evidence-based childbirth class, empowering expectant parents with confidence-building techniques and interactive learning. Held weekly for three weeks, ideal for pregnant individuals between 25-35 weeks, with insurance reimbursement options available. Prepare for childbirth and beyond with knowledge, confidence, and connections!

    Join our virtual or in person breastfeeding preparation class with Ashley Brittain, Birth Doula and Certified Lactation Counselor, for essential techniques and tips.     Prepare yourself to save a life. Taught by Pediatric Nurse, CPR instructor, DONA certified postpartum doula, and mom of two Joanna Juralewicz, this class prepares you to be able to help your loved ones when they need it most.
