Erika

Certified Postpartum Doula, OT, CPYI, CPNE, CPD, CBC

Erika is a dedicated wife and mother who was raised in upstate New York as the oldest of six children. She earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Gordon College and went on to complete her master’s degree in occupational therapy at Tufts University.

In addition to her work as an occupational therapist, Erika is a certified postpartum doula, certified perinatal nutrition educator, certified breastfeeding counselor, and certified prenatal yoga instructor. She completed her certifications through the International Doula Institute.

Her primary focus is supporting mothers throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond by promoting safer and more effective practices through a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and soul. She provides a range of safe, mindful, and non-toxic methods to help clients navigate the journey of pregnancy and parenthood.

In her leisure time, Erika enjoys running, practicing yoga, reading, and spending quality time with her family. She finds solace in nature and loves being at the ocean or hiking in the mountains.
