Mary

DONA-trained Birth Doula

Mary is a birth doula and mother of two whose passion for birth work began through her own empowering home birth experiences. Her approach is rooted in honest support, strong advocacy, and helping families feel prepared and confident throughout their pregnancy and birth journey. She believes every birth is unique and is committed to providing personalized support that aligns with each family's individual needs and goals.

Whether a family is planning a home birth, hospital birth, or something in between, Mary walks alongside them, offering steady guidance and compassionate support every step of the way.

Before becoming a mother, Mary studied psychology and worked supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, where she developed a deep appreciation for advocacy and individualized care. She is currently a stay-at-home mom pursuing her passion for supporting families through pregnancy and birth.

In her free time, Mary enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves kayaking, camping, and spending time outdoors.

Mary is honored to be welcomed into such an important and meaningful chapter in a family's life and looks forward to supporting families in whatever way they need.
